The best way to contact us is always via Live Chat, which you can find in the bottom right corner. Note that Live Chat can be accessed when you are not logged into your account, so before you login or after you log out. If you do not see the chat bubble, you may need to try a different browser, adjust your browser settings or clear cookies/cache. Likewise, you can follow this link here to be taken directly to our Live Chat. Live support is typically available from approximately 9 A.M. to 11:59 P.M. EST, with exceptions for major events. Support will be accessible at least two hours before the first major U.S. sporting event starts and until the last game concludes. Non-urgent inquiries should be addressed the following morning if they arise outside of these hours. Feel free to send us a message at any time and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you are not able to use our Live Chat feature, you can always send us an email or give us a call. Please note that the only email that we use for customer service is [email protected]. Upon signing up, you will receive an email from mvpbettor.net but this is only for you to receive your welcome email with your account information.
